There is no requirement to use the Support Academy, however we have found this to be the most effective method for learning the software. The support articles in this knowledge base library and video library (password: DVOnDemand) also contain the same information as the Support Academy.

• The benefit of using the Support Academy is that we have built the training in a logical progression so that you learn the basics first, before proceeding to more advanced information.
• You also can take a few lesson modules and come back later and pick up right where you left off so you can learn at your own pace and keep track of your progress.
• Many of the lesson modules also have quick quizzes so you can check your understanding as you move through the training. If a subject is unclear to you, you can revisit the information as needed.
