First, the Campaign steps must be completed before Schedule or Send is available. You can select the mailing list(s) on the Attach Recipient List step and click CONFIRM SELECTED LIST.
On the Schedule or Send step do the following:
a) Check off Send Test Email.
b) Select <New Test Recipient> and add the name and email address,
or, select the recipient from the drop-down list.
c) Click Send Test Email
