1.  It is recommended that all bidder numbers be assigned prior to the event and the event must be linked to an auction to assign bidder numbers. Purchasers who provide names of their guests will automatically receive a bidder number.


2.  If attendees are updated after the ticket levels are purchased, each number must be manually assigned as outlined in, How do I add or edit a bidder number. 


3.  Entering paddle raise donations is done using the Paddle Raise feature in the Auctions grid.


4.  Optionally, paddle raise donations could also be added as an add-on, however they can only be entered one at a time with this method. See the instructions outlined for How do I record an add-on.
