There are three different support & training packages currently available. You can see what level in included in your subscription under the Organization Menu.



Empower (Formerly Essential) - This support plan includes one license to the Support Academy. Additional licenses can be activated for a $10/user per month fee. You can cancel a user's license at any time. 


The Support Academy is a learning management system (LMS) that provides DonorView users with a formal learning plan to help you understand how to use the DonorView platform in the most efficient and effective way. The Support Academy makes training easy, engaging, and convenient. You can learn at your own pace, on any device, with structured courses that show exactly what you need to complete. Interactive videos and quizzes make the material more enjoyable, while progress tracking and reminders keep you on track. With a simple interface, the Support Academy gives you a stress-free learning experience that supports your success.

Elevate (Formerly Essential Plus) - Includes all the benefits of Empower, plus two additional Support Academy Licenses, and you can book up to three private specialized training sessions each year. To book a specialized training session, please contact training@donorview.com for more information.


Engage (Formerly Basic) - This plan includes unlimited email support and self-directed training available through the Support Site articles and Support Videos library. Both can be accessed under the User Menu. You can download a new users guide in this article:  I'm a new user, how can I learn more about DonorView?


There are no Support Academy licenses included in this plan, but you can activate them for any user for a $10/user per month fee. The license can be cancelled anytime.
