The registrant, also known as the "purchaser," for each transaction will show on the Summary view of the main Events grid (Workspace > Events > Events.) This grid requires you to create a default view. Once you have your default view set up, you can select one or more events to see on the grid by using the Quick Queries in the sidebar.



This summary grid provides transaction information about the purchase, but no details about attendees. If you wish to see all the attendees (or guests) for an event instead of just the constituent who registered, you can switch to the Detail version of the grid by clicking the "Switch to Detail" text link which appears next to the "Actions" menu. 



Note that if the registrant did not provide a name for an attendee, or the transaction is for a fee or add-on, there will be no information in the Attendee columns. When multiple tickets are included with a purchase, the Attendee columns may also show the same name as the purchaser, which is used as a placeholder when multiple tickets are purchased. All the registrants and attendees for an Event will also appear on the Event Attendance grid. Registrants will be listed under the Last Name/Constituents column and attendees will be listed under the Actual Attendee columns.
