You can view the delivery status of a survey campaign by going to the “OVERVIEW” menu choice, then the Snapshot tab and selecting the campaign from the drop down box. This will show you the number of emails opened, unopened, bounced & unsubscribed.
 
For a more detailed report of the recipients that fall into these categories (opened, unopened, bounced & unsubscribed), you can go to the “OVERVIEW” menu choice, and then the Email Delivery tab. There you will be able to click on a piece of the pie chart and the grid on the right will display the recipients in that category.
