The Event Setup tab is divided into sub-tabs. General information is below and more detail is provided in the article links provided.

  • Levels - create the different ticket levels and sponsorships which include admission to your event. The levels have a multitude of options outlined in this article Customizing an Event Level.
  • Group Levels - allows you to create special levels which have sub-levels. For example, for a multi-day event, there can be different sessions that take place each day. A registrant who selects the weekend pass will see all the sessions, whereas the Saturday only level will only see Saturday sessions. You can learn more in this article Event Group Levels.
  • Fees - your event may require a single fee regardless of the number of ticket levels purchased. The fee is applied only once per transaction and is a separate transaction on the Events grid. You can learn more in this article Event Fees.
  • Add-ons - items for sale that do not include admission to the event and do not need attendance taken.  Things like game tickets, program advertisements, t-shirts, or a parking pass could be set up as add-ons. More information about add-ons is available in this article How do I create an Add-On?
  • Document - you can add one document for the registrant to view as well as have them check a box for acknowledgment. This article "How do I add an event document?" shows you how to add or update the document.
  • Coupons - Coupons can be created for events with a percent or total amount off. You can learn more in this article "How do I create an event coupon code?"
  • Gift Cards - Events can be created that are essentially the sale of a gift card. Those gift cards can then be used to purchase other events. You can learn how to create gift cards and make them available for events in the Gift Cards articles folder.
