Ideally, recurring events should not last more than one calendar year, especially if you would like those events to be included on your events calendar. The events calendar is limited to showing events with a start date within the last 420 days. Limiting the duration of your recurring event also makes managing the Scheduler tab on the Events page easier and will help the Scheduler page load quicker.
