The Scheduler page in the Events module is used to assign constituents to an event that does not require a transaction, so it is only applicable for free events. Registering an constituent for an event which requires paying a fee to register (purchase tickets) should be done on the applicable events page.


You can access the Scheduler page from the Events module.



To see your event as an option in the Quick Queries > Events, you must activate the feature on the event page's Settings tab. In the Page Content & Display Options section, set the Show on Scheduler toggle to YES. Be sure to Save the changes on your page.



Select the event page to view on the scheduler from the Quick Queries menu. Once the event is selected, the calendar will show all the available ticket levels on the applicable days they are available.

  • Activities with unlimited spots or no defined schedule will be shown at the top of the schedule view, as a single continuous line.
  • For single day events, be sure to select the day of the event on the calendar to reveal the activities for that one day.



You can use the Day, Work Week, Week, Month, Agenda, and Timeline links to change the view of the levels.



At the bottom of the calendar are links to:

  • Show registrations for selected event  - to show registrations just for a specific activity/ticket level on one day.
  • Show all registrations for the day - will show registrations for all the activities/ticket levels on a specific day.



If you click on a specific level, it will reveal a new option to Create a New Registration.



Clicking on Create New Registration will open a new window to either create a new attendee (which will also be a new constituent in your database) or select an existing constituent from the search box under Constituent. W


Whether it is a new or existing constituent, when the information is entered, click Create to create the new registration for that activity/ticket level.



The new registration will show on the list below the calendar. The Actions menu will allow you to export this information to Excel. The registration will also appear on the Events and Event Attendance grid.
