If a constituent is unable to select the ticket quantity (QTY) on the event webpage, check the following settings:
1) On the event page Event Settings step, Ticketing section, check if the Total Event Capacity is set. This limits the overall number of tickets available for the event.

2) On the Event Setup step, Levels tab, check If the individual ticket Level has Qty. Avail. set. This limits the number of ticket available for this Level.
NOTE: If # of Attendees Per Purchase is greater than 1, then calculate QTY times # of Attendees Per Purchase for Qty. Avail.

NOTE: A combination of both settings can also be used if there are multiple ticket Levels, but if there is only one ticket Level available for the event, one setting can be used.
