For customers holding an event outside of DonorView's normal business hours (8 AM to 8 PM Eastern Time Mon-Fri), we offer after-hours/weekend virtual event support by request for an additional fee, subject to staff availability. DonorView also partners with an event staffing company whose team has been trained in using the DonorView software and can provide in-person assistance at your event. 


The cost for after-hours/weekend support is $75 per hour with a four-consecutive-hour ($300) minimum. All requests must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance by emailing [email protected]. Please let us know the day, time, and type of event you will be holding, as well as the hours for which you would like to request coverage.
