Volunteer applications and forms are created using the Surveys/Forms module. You can learn more about creating surveys and forms in these articles https://support.donorview.com/support/solutions/9000074831. To make it easier to quickly see applications, forms, and surveys specifically related to your volunteers, assign them to a Survey Category such as "Volunteer" on the Surveys/Forms Info tab.

For any applications or forms that you would like to sync with the Volunteer module, be sure to link them by checking the Volunteer Application box on the Survey/Forms Settings tab.

You can share your applications and forms via the URL or QR code. When responses are submitted, you can find them in the Surveys/Forms Results page and in the Applications page within the Volunteer Module.
