The Contacts Page in the Email Marketing Module is used to manage all of your email lists and the contacts on those lists. Contacts are the recipients of the emails sent to those lists. All of the contacts shown in the contacts page are also constituents in the database.
From the Contacts Page, you can add recipients to lists which are already created, create new lists and upload files to add new constituents to the database. Acceptable file formats to upload new constituents are .XLS, .XLSX, .ODS, .CSV. Max file size 10MB.
You can also manage the email lists, editing their names and categories, and manage the constituents listed as recipients for each list. Deleting names from the email list does not delete the constituent from the database, it only removes them from that email list.
