The Theater Seating option must be activated before seating charts can be imported. Once activated, the support team will provide you with an Excel template to create the seating for the venue. When your Excel spreadsheet is ready to import go to Events > Seating Charts. From the Seating Charts Grid you can click on +New, then Import Seating Chart.
