On the event page, Event Setup step, Levels tab, edit a ticket level. The Use Access Code field can be set to YES, and an alphanumeric code entered.

The code can be entered, which is case-sensitive.

The access code does not change the amount or discount the ticket, it just restricts access to being able to select the ticket for purchase.
