Yes, on the Groups Grid there is a blue edit icon on each row that allows you to edit the Number, Name and Location of each group. Click Update to save the changes. The updated information will show on the assignments list below and on the Event Attendance grid.

Next to the edit icon is also a delete icon so you can remove the group from the event.
