Are there any premade styles that I can choose from?

Yes, you can choose from a variety of premade survey styles. Right above the preview of your survey, towards the left side of the page, there is a small line of text that says “Select a theme to change the style” and below it there is a drop-down box. Click on the drop-down box and you can preview any of the themes listed by clicking on it. The preview will change to show the selected theme.
