You can display your survey either way. There is an option on the Survey Settings step in the Survey Wizard called Show survey/form on a single page. If this checkbox is checked, then your survey questions will appear one right after the other on a single page. You can decide if you prefer the questions to be number, bullets, checkboxes or none of the above. If this checkbox is not checked, then each survey question will appear on its own page and the recipients will move between questions by hitting Next and Previous buttons.
