If you have set Requires Acknowledgement to YES on the Event Setup Document sub-tab, the registrant will be required to check a checkbox on the event page, which acknowledges your document and document headline. This must be done to process the transaction.

You can track if the document has been acknowledged with the transaction on the Events grid under the Document Acknowledged column. A checkbox in this column will confirm the document was acknowledged.
