With two-factor authentication, the email address used to login cannot be changed. An administrator with your organization can create a new login with your new email address, then the old user can be deactivated/deleted.
Custom Grid views and direct email signatures/templates will need to be manually transferred to your new login:
Be sure to do this BEFORE you delete/deactivate the old account.
- Once your new login ID is activated - log in to the software with your old login ID and share your Custom Views with your new account, then in the new account you will need to Receive the Shared view.
- To retain Direct Email Signatures and Email Templates - go to your User Settings menu and copy your scripts into a notepad or word file, then paste them into your new account.
