Do I have to create a relationship between an employee & employer?

It is not required, but adds to the details available about your constituents and their network. The software will automatically create the employee/employer relationship when you add a Company to a contact’s profile screen. If you prefer, you can create this relationship from the relationship screen and the software will fill in the Company field on the contact’s profile page.
