Does DonorView allow for CAPTCHA?

Yes, on Simple Page setup wizard, on the Donation Page Settings tab, under the Additional Options area, you can set Enable Captcha to YES.
For the Advanced Page setup wizard, the toggle is located in the widget settings of the payment options.
