Yes. On the Email Mail Marketing module's Overview page, on the Delivery tab, you can see the statistics for recipients that have unsubscribed on the pie. By clicking on the piece of the pie chart that represents Unsubscribed, or by unselecting the other items on the pie chart, you can see the details displayed on the grid for you to review.
