# What fields do I need to enter on a Program’s Acknowledgement Info tab?

On the acknowledgement Info tab you need to enter 4 things:

- **Name** – Enter what the Name of your Program is.
- **Email Display Name** – Enter the name that will appear as the sender of the Thank You email.
- **From Address** – Enter the email address that will appear as the sender of the Thank You email.
- **Subject Line** – Enter the subject for the Thank You Email.
