Fundraising Module Dashboard
The Fundraising Module's dashboard is built into the software. The four quadrants display statistics associated with the Fundraising Module including:
The top left quadrant will display an annual giving pattern for the last five years.
- Clicking on any of the round buttons next to the years will remove them from the display. You can click again to add it back.
- Hovering over a point on the graph will display the amount.
- Clicking on it will open a new view on the Gifts grid to display all the transactions included in the amount displayed.
The top right quadrant will display a pie chart of Gifts By “For” by default. The dropdown menu allows you to select the category to display including the For, Fund, Event, Appeal, Type or Location.
The bottom left quadrant will display the transactions received for a rolling twelve months.
- You can remove a month from the display by clicking on the bar next to the month in the top right corner.
- To see more details, you can click on a bar in the graph to open a new view in the Gifts grid to show all the transactions included in the amount displayed.
The bottom right quadrant shows summary information for transactions recorded this week, this month, calendar year to date (CYTD) and fiscal year to date (FYTD).
- There is also a display of total outstanding pledge payments and donor retention rate.
- The donor retention rate is calculated by comparing the number of donors who contributed in the last twelve months verses those who contributed in the previous 12 months.
- Clicking on any of the boxes (except Donor Retention Rate) will open the list of transaction in the Gifts grid that populate those statistics.
