No, the support academy licenses are assigned to a specific DonorView user. If you have completed your training and wish to free up the license for another user or cancel your access, you can click on the Deactivate button. Your license will remain active until the last day of the month, then it will be available for another user to subscribe using that license if your support plan includes licenses. 


If you deactivate your license, your training history will be saved if you would like to reactivate it in the future.
