Profile Pages can now be created and linked to your Membership Directory, allowing visitors to view a member’s information in a full-screen layout. Before a member’s profile can be displayed, you must first create the Profile Page.

To set up a page, navigate to: Workspace > General Membership > Member Profile Pages

Here you’ll find the Profile Pages grid, which displays all previously created pages. To create a new page, hover over the “+ New” menu and click “Membership Profile Page.”

Profile Page Setup (4 Steps)

Step 1: Acknowledgement Info

In this step, you’ll name the profile page and select the Constituent Type: Individual or Organization.
There is also an “Enabled” toggle to control whether the page is active and available for use.

Once you’ve entered your settings, click the green “Save & Next” button to continue.

Step 2: Select Template

Here, you may choose from a variety of pre-designed templates, either for your final layout or as a starting point for your own design. Under “Please Select a Template,” choose a template name. Preview images for that template will appear on the right, showing different color themes. Once you’ve selected a template, click the blue “Use” button. If you’d prefer not to use a template, simply click the green “Save & Next” button to continue.

Step 3: Page Designer

Customize the design and layout of your profile page. Content is organized into widgets that can be dragged and dropped onto the design board for full control over your layout.
