Yes. Next to any dashboard or sub-page you will find a Star icon.  Click on the star to change it from white to blue to create your shortcut. You can navigate quickly to any shortcuts you have created using the Star Menu on the workspace bar.

To remove a shortcut, from the Workspace Menu, click on the blue star icon to change it to white to remove it from the list.
