Within the setup of your Automated Actions, you can also choose to receive a notification via text message and customize the message that is sent within the notification. Within the setup of your Automated Action on the Schedule tab you will see a toggle setting called, “Send Internal Text Notification.” Turning this setting to “YES” will make visible a field called, “Internal Text Recipients” where you can enter up to 5 phone numbers for notification. Please make sure to place a semi-colon between each phone number without space.


Just above the “Send Internal Text Notification” setting you will see a multi-line text field called, “Additional Internal Message.” Here you can customize the text that will be included in the notification for both email and text message.
