During the setup of certain triggers within your Automated Actions you can also choose to be notified if a specific constituent who matches that trigger is checked into the attendance for an event. The triggers that this feature is available for include:


After (only)

Year to Date Gift Amount

Fiscal Year to Date Gift Amount

Cumulative Gift Amount


Once you have selected one of those triggers you will see a new toggle setting called, “Notify Upon Check-in.” Turning this setting to “YES” will turn on this feature and it will be an internal only notification. Select how you wish to receive this internal notification whether it is an email, text, or both. You can also customize the text sent within the notification.
