The Membership Attendance History grid allows you to see past check-ins and check-outs for your members during a specific date range. Just above the grid, you will see a “Date From” and “to” fields. Here you can enter your date range to filter the grid. Members who were checked-in or out during that time will then display. Further filtering of the results can then be done on the grid.


 

Also above the grid is the Actions menu. Here you will find your options to export the data appearing on the grid into a new or existing excel file.


 

If you need to edit the time you will see a blue Pencil and Paper edit icon at the far left-hand side of the grid. Click on this icon to make your edits.



If you wish to switch back to the main Attendance Grid to edit the data, you can click on the “Attendance” button to the left of the Actions menu.
