The Head of a Household (HOH) is the owner of the membership and the person who signed up for a multi-member or group membership. For example, in a Family level membership, the person signing the family up is the HOH. You can see this in the column titled “Head of Household” marked with a checkmark in the membership section of General Memberships.

In the Summary View of the Membership Grid, all the constituents will be marked as HOH, because the Summary View only shows the membership owners.

In the Details View of the Membership Grid, only the membership owners are marked as HOH. Those constituents will also be identified as the Purchaser.
