Refunds records can be created either on the Main Enrollment Dashboard or on the Enrollment Grid inside a Members Profile.

Note: This process will not refund the money back onto the purchasers credit card. It only creates a record of the transaction in DonorView.

First you need to select the enrollment on which you would like to refund. This row will be highlighted in Blue. A green, "Refund" button will then appear. Clicking this button will launch a dialog screen on which the information from that enrollment will auto fill on to it. You will then need to complete the following fields, Date, Method and Comment. Once you are finished click the Update Button.

This will then add a record of the refund to the Enrollment and Payment History grids.
