With the Youth Membership module active in your account the Portal Info page is broken into two versions. Once for the setup of the standard Constituent Portal and the other for the Parent Portal.



Under the Patent Portal page allows you to do the following things:

  • Parent Portal URL – Here you are given the URL for your Parent Portal
  • Embedded Parent Portal Login Page Code - Here you are given the iFrame code that allows you to embed the Parent Portal login page onto your website.
  • Parent Portal Welcome Message - Here you can customize the message that appears at the top of the Parent Portal login page.
  • Capture Medical Info - When set to YES the Medical Info page will be available for Parents to populate when setting up or editing their child's record.

  • Capture Household Info - When set to Yes the Household info page will be available for parents to populate when setting up or editing their child's record.

  • Capture Emergency Contacts - When set to Yes the Emergency Contact page will be available for Parents to populate when setting up or editing their child's record.

  • Disable Ability to Upload Documents to Child Records - When set to Yes Parents will be unable to upload document's under their child's record.



The next grouping of fields will allow users to customize the content that is displayed on the Parent Portal homepage including the 5 navigational buttons that direct parents through the setup, enrollment and payment options.

  • Youth Membership Name - Change the "Youth Membership" name
  • Member Name - Change the "Member" name
  • Home Page Title - Change the "Welcome Back" text
  • Home Page Message - Change the "Select an existing member or add a new one" message
  • Add New Member - Change the Title and Message for the first navigational button allowing Parents to create a new child's record.
  • Edit/View Profile - Change the Title and Message for the second navigational button allowing Parents to launch and edit an existing child's record.
  • Enroll In a Membership - Change the Title and Message for the third navigational button allowing Parents to enroll  an existing child into a School Year Membership.
  • Enroll In a Program - Change the Title and Message for the fourth navigational button allowing Parents to enroll  an existing child into a Program.
  • Make a Payment - Change the Title and Message for the fifth navigational button allowing Parents to submit a payment on an existing Pay Later Program Enrollment. There is also a "Hide Payments" toggle setting which when set to Yes will hide this button from appearing on the Parent Portal homepage.
