The User Settings are found in the menu under your user initials in the top right corner of the page. 

Clicking on User Settings will take you to the page where you can:

• Manage your name
• Choose your default Email Sent From option
• Change your login ID
• Change your password
• Launch Grid Links in a New Tab - Users who want all records launched from the main grids in new browser tabs can go into the User Settings and click the “Edit” button. Once you are on the Edit page find the “Turn On Launch Grid Links in a New Tab?” toggle setting and switch it to “YES”.
