Once you are in a profile for a new constituent, you can add a new phone number in the full tab or the quick tab. If you are using the full tab, you will need to click on “Add New” in the Phones section and enter the information. Make sure to select the phone type as it is a required field. Check the Default checkbox if this is the constituent’s main phone number. The Home Phone, Work Phone & Mobile Phone numbers will appear on the constituent grid. If you are using the quick tab on the profile, you can only add the phone numbers shown (Home, Work & Mobile).
