You can filter your grid view for specific categories using the Quick Queries menu on the left side bar. Select the categories desired and click Apply to show the applicable data. Note that this query will show any constituents who meet any of the criteria. For example if you select the categories "Board Member," "Business Owner," and "Volunteer," the constituent only needs to be  one of these categories to be included on the list.
