The Gifts Grid in the Fundraising Module shows all transactions, including all types of donations, pledges, memberships, events, and auction purchases. This allows the user to see all the transactions, in one place for a complete picture of revenue. Even zero-dollar transactions, such as free event tickets, will be shown in the Gifts Grid.

The Gifts Gird can be filtered for specific records by clicking on “Edit Column Settings,” which is the three small dots on the right-hand side of the column header. The column filters can be used in conjunction with the side bar filters, which can also include or exclude several fields.
