# How are the pledge due dates calculated?

Due dates are calculated based on the frequency of payments selected and the date of the first payment. The day the payments are due can be modified by double clicking on the specific **Due Dates** in the payment schedule grid or by clicking on **Update Outstanding Pledges** to update the dates going forward. Be sure to click the **Save** button at the top of the page to save your changes.
