# Event Attendance Quickview Grid

Unlike the Event Attendance grid, the Event Attendance Quickview grid will allow you to see multiple events at once.

The Event Attendance Quickview grid works similar to other quickview grids in that it only loads limited information to make the page populate quickly. This grid allows you to select the event or events you would like to see by using the Quick Queries menu on the left.

You can edit your view by using the View Builder and by adding filters, sorts, and dragging and dropping the columns into their desired positions on the grid. You can save views and share views.

Because this is the quickview, it does not include any custom attendee info fields, table or group assignments, or any financial information. It does include a total headcount of attendees at the bottom right corner of the page. It is limited to the following fields:

- Event Starts On and Ends On dates
- Attendance Date (for multi-day attendance events)
- Event Name
- Event ID
- Event (ticket) Level 
- Event Category
- Event Level Location
- Attendee Name, Attendee Constituent ID, Attendee Email and Attendee Phone Number
- Check In/Out checkboxes and times

- Purchaser Name (this is displayed as Last Name/Constituent on the Event Attendance grid), Purchaser Email and Purchaser Phone
- Purchase Date
- Purchase ID and Ticket ID
- Bidder #
