Direct Mail allows you to send emails to a single constituent by clicking on their email address or send to groups of constituents using the Actions menu. Direct Mail messages are saved in each constituent's record on their Email Marketing Tab. If the Direct Mail feature is not activated, click on an email address will instead open your browser's default email service. You can activate Direct Mail by going to your User Settings located in the menu under your user initials in the top right corner of the page.



Once in the User Settings, click on the Edit button.



Under Default Direct Email Sent From, select Send from Software, then click Save to save your changes.
