The CRM Module includes a Time Tracking grid which includes all the time tracking data that has been recorded. 

  • This grid has a view builder, so you can create multiple views, save, and share those views.
  • The default grid is the Detail grid which includes each recorded transaction.  
  • The Actions menu allows you to export to Excel and create email lists.
  • The Quick Queries allow you to filter the data by volunteer service category, the dates, and the Constituent Category.



You can also click on Switch to Summary to view the Summary grid to view. This view only includes summary time information for each constituent. You can also build views in this grid and use the Actions menu to export to Excel, create an email list or send a direct email.
