If you only wish to remove the applied Quick Queries from your View while leaving any grid Searches, Filters, or Sorts intact you can click the red “Clear Queries” text button under the “Quick Queries” section of the left-hand side bar.

Or if there is just a single Query value that you wish to clear you can go to the Quick Query menu and  click on the specific Query values you wish to clear and then re-Apply to the grid.
