If you want an item to be bought (not bid on) in an auction, then check off Buy Now Only and set Quantity to the number available for purchase. Multiple bidders can purchase the Buy Now Only item, based on the Quantity available.

NOTE: Buy Now Only items cannot be assigned/purchased in DonorView (Workspace > Auctions > Auctions), these items are only available to external bidders via the auction webpage.
