Yes, start by going to Workspace > Email Marketing > Templates. Once you have your template picked out, click on Blocks or Content on the right-hand side and search for Video (see image below.) Now click and drag the video icon to place it into your email. After this, double-click on the video image and insert your video's URL. Your video will then appear in the email template. 



This is an example for adding a YouTube video.


a) On YouTube, click the SHARE link for the video.



b) Click COPY.



c) In DonorView, add the Video content to your template, then double-click on the content to paste the URL.




d) If the YouTube video thumbnail has been set up, the image will load.

    NOTE: The template may need to be saved first, if the image is not shown.



If the YouTube video image displays like the following (in DonorView this is the Source Url), you may need to add a static video image (thumbnail) to the YouTube video. Here is a link to a YouTube help article, Add video thumbnails.


NOTE: If a thumbnail has been created, the file size of the thumbnail may be too large and will display the default maxresdefault.jpg image in DonorView, instead of the thumbnail setup in YouTube.

Select an image to insert and paste the URL for the Vimeo video into the Link Url field.
