1. Mouse over to the “Workspace” drop down menu and mouse down to the auction button. 

    


2. The auction menu will appear and you need to mouse to the “Auction Pages” section and click on it.


 


3. The Auction Pages will appear with a grid that shows all the auctions that have been set up in the past, if none have been set up before it will be blank.



4. From here you can create new auctions and edit / view previous auction pages.


5. Mouse over to the “+New” button and a drop-down menu will have the auction button, click on it.


 


6. The first page that will be appear is the auction Acknowledgement Information page. Fill it out and after that mouse over to the green “Save & Next” button and you will move on to the next section.




7. Auction Setting is where you can select specific settings for your event. Fill out the page and after you finish mouse over to the green “Save & Next” button and you will move on to the next section.



8. The next section is the Auction Setup page where you can add items that will be auctioned off as well as add-on items such as raffle tickets. After you finish mouse over to the green “Save & Next” button and you will move on to the next section.



9. On the next tab Auction Style Page, you can change the style of the page. After you finish mouse over to the green “Save & Next” button and you will move on to the next section.



10. The next tab is where you can edit the Thank You Email that people get when they win an auction item. After you finish mouse over to the green “Save & Next” button and you will move on to the next section.



11. On the next page you can get the URL of the auction if it is online, the QR code, text message code, and the code to embed the auction on your website.



12. To edit an auction page, from the grid select that auction you want to edit and mouse over to the “Edit/View” button and from the dropdown select “Auction” this will bring you back into the edit screen.
